How do we grade devices?
We divide all used Apple devices from MobileGear into classes according to their condition. Thanks to this, you know exactly what you are getting into when you buy.
Imagine our entry service as a strict sieve. We thoroughly test each device, clean it and assign it a cosmetic class according to its actual condition. The classification into lower classes is determined by cosmetic defects.
You will not find a video for the higher classes. These devices look like new. Any cosmetic defects are almost imperceptible, so nothing would be noticeable on the video.
In short:
Premium class: Device used at all or minimally. Original battery in 100% condition, original. Unrefurbished.
Like new class: Device as new.
Excellent class: Device at first glance as new, minimal signs of use.
Very good+ class: Device has only a few light visible signs of use, but overall better than Very good class.
Very good class: The device has several light visible signs of use.
Good class: The device has significant signs of use.
Satisfactory class: The device has very significant signs of use.
New New device with 12-24 months warranty
Looking for a new iPhone or other Apple device at a great price? Products in this class have never been used and probably never been activated.
If you choose standard new product from us, you get a standard 2-year warranty. However, we also offer new products from Apple returns that are missing their original packaging. Such devices boast an official one-year Apple warranty. You can always find information about the length of the warranty in the product description.
The warranty period is shortened because it is a sale under a special regime. If you're interested in the details of the special scheme for second-hand dealers, it's section 90 of the Czech Value Added Tax Act.
How is it possible, you ask, that we sell new Apple stuff at such a bargain? We just know where to find the best deals. Occasionally, someone misses out on a replacement iPhone from an approved claim. Or returns the item within the 14-day period without trying it out. Premium Premium device
A new Apple product and such a low price? Just because someone else unpacked it and returned it? Or used it for 3 weeks and then sold it? Well, of course. Check out the PREMIUM class and enjoy a great deal.
The device was used very little or not at all by the original owner. That's why it has 100% battery capacity, which has not been changed - just like all the other parts. Fully original. The PREMIUM class may also include the original box and accessories, or some still have a film from the factory on the display. Read the description of the specific product, there you will find out all the details.

Are you looking for the highest quality at the best price? The LIKE NEW class will meet your high demands and at the same time will not suck your wallet dry. A device in 100% condition is also suitable as a gift.

Excellent Used device with minimal flaws
And when we say that the flaws are minimal, we mean it, they are really minor. You really have to examine it to see any signs of use. These are just aesthetic details that will never bother you in use. The technical condition is always perfect.

Very good+ Used device with a few minor flaws
This class is best described as a device with only a few visible light scratches. As the "+" sign suggests, the device is in better condition than the Very Good cosmetic class.

Very good Used device with a several minor flaws
The best ratio between appearance and price. That's how we would best describe a product labeled VERY GOOD. You can find minor flaws on it and a few more noticeable scratches. Overall, however, it's in very good condition.
If you don't mind slight signs of use, all the better for you. You'll get an Apple product for a really good price.

Good Used device with significant signs of use
Devices in the GOOD class are used devices in good condition with normal signs of use. All defects are only cosmetic, so you don't have to worry about any functional damage. The device may have scratches and dings, but the overall condition is still better than the SATISFACTORY class.
Plus, if you get something for your iPhone, iPad or other Apple product to wear (a case or tempered glass), it will be almost indistinguishable from a device in a better class.

Fair Used device with significant aesthetic flaws
Exactly for you, if you want Apple quality and don't care about any scratches. All defects are only cosmetic. So you don't have to worry about any functional damage. Your new apple friend will have a few more noticeable scratches, dents, abrasions and dings, but it will never let you down.
