Even used goods deserve a warranty. You can find the specific period in the product description. It is always at least 12 months.
Don't worry, you won't be left without a phone. We will be happy to lend you a replacement device completely free of charge until the warranty claim is resolved.

4. Return and exchange
Have you purchased a device from us that doesn't fit you or doesn't work as you expected? Don't worry.
