Every device goes through our intake check: we thoroughly test it, clean it, and based on its real condition sort it into one of eight grades. From the best condition to the biggest savings.

We dispatch within 1–2 business days. We deliver across the whole Czech Republic, or you can pick up your order in person at our store in Břeclav.

Not quite right? Within 100 days of purchase, we'll exchange your device for another that suits you better.
Warranty claims
Something acting up? We'll sort it out. During the claim, we'll lend you a replacement device for free.
Out-of-warranty service
We're here even after the warranty ends. We handle paid repairs quickly and at fair prices.
Frequently asked questions
When will my order arrive?
We do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. We usually dispatch packages the same day you order, or the next business day at the latest. You can choose delivery via Packeta, PPL, or stop by in person at our store in Břeclav.
Do I get a charger or the original box with the device?
What's included varies from item to item. You'll always find exactly what you get in the product description.
What's the battery health?
We list the battery health in every product description. With the Premium grade, you also get the guarantee of an original, unchanged battery at 100% health.
Will a device from abroad work here?
Absolutely. We source our electronics in Germany, the USA and the UK. Setting your preferred language is a given, and the phone works with any carrier. Without any restrictions whatsoever.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Sure. You can return it within 14 days of delivery and exchange it for another.
How does a warranty claim work?
You fill out the form on the claims page and send us the device for free using a return code (we cover the postage), or bring it in person. During the claim, we'll lend you a replacement device for free.

Of course. We're happy to help you choose, and you can see the device in person right here. You'll find our store and service center at J. Palacha 2925/7, Břeclav. Opening hours and contact details are on the contact.
